Prison Break Season 2

It sounds like the inmates in Fox River State Penitentiary will definitely be breaking out by season’s end, as next season will focus on the effort to put them back inside. Fox has ordered a second season of the freshman drama “Prison Break,” joining “Bones” as the only two first-year series to be picked up by the network as of yet. “Break” has averaged a 4.4 adults 18-49 rating this season, airing Mondays at 9 during the fall and recently returning to Mondays at 8, where it’s paired with “24” for a very strong night. The show’s producers say that season two will be focused on the manhunt after brothers Lincoln and Michael successfully escape. In other programming, Superstation WGN has bought off-network rights to fifth-year NBC comedy “Scrubs” and is expected to air it weekdays this fall.
