Similarly, here’s Jay-Z in the studio with Timbaland when he was making the Black Album. The first few beats he passed on ended up being purchased by Brandy and Ludacris, which is probably why they sound familiar. Watch when he hears the beat that would become Dirt Off Your Shoulder. Awesome. He’s talented.
