Here’s a COLLEGE! story for ya
It was homecoming at Miami University last weekend, and here’s a bit from the police beat about an alumni who might have had too much to drink:
Miami senior Megan Wheeler called the Oxford Police Department at 2 a.m. Sunday morning regarding a near nude female trespassing on her 115 E. Walnut St. residence. When officers arrived, they reported finding a large group of 10-15 people attempting to get a female off the porch.
She was reportedly not wearing pants and underwear, and her shirt was pulled up above her stomach. She allegedly told officers that she couldn’t put clothes on because she had to go to the bathroom. When officers told her that she was indecently exposing herself, the female reportedly spread her legs and said, “Arrest me then,” and urinated on the porch.
Another female was reportedly yelling at the exposed female during the incident with slurred speech. She gave officers an ID that indicated that she was over the age of 21 and named Catherine. A female police officer arrived to help the exposed female, and she was identified as Amy Mueller, 24, and a former Miami student. The female with her then walked off the porch and disappeared. Mueller allegedly broke the back of a porch seat and became combative with the Oxford Life Squad when they arrived. At about 4:39 a.m., Oxford dispatch received a call from friends of Mueller.
Officers reported finding the same fem ale that was with Mueller at the time of the incident but wearing different clothes. She was the identified as Miami junior Julie Mueller, 20. She told officers that she ran from the porch because she was scared. Julie was cited with underage intoxication and possession of a fake ID. Amy Mueller was charged with criminal mischief, criminal trespass and disorderly conduct.
It’ll be great in 20 years when her kids Google their mom and find this story.
