In 2005 it was announced that TV/movie producer Mark Gordon was going to lead development of the live action Voltron movie, with music producer Pharell Williams scoring it.  Since then a script has been written, a director selected, but not much else.  Release date:  Cross your fingers if you hope to see this by 2010.

Thundercats

Warner Bros. is behind this project and has chosen to go the CGI-route (like the latest TMNT movie) rather than live action.  That didn’t stop a fan from making a Thundercats trailer that features Brad Pitt, Hugh Jackman, and Vin Diesel in leading roles.
